TO CELEBRATE YOU

Why is the sun today shining so brightly?
Why are the birds chirping so merrily and lightly?
Where are the clouds, have they gone hiding and why?
We can't see any cloud at all on the sky!

Why are the butterflies extra colourful today?
Why is there extra warmth in the sun's ray?
And look at the flowers, which have been standing in gloom,
why have they sprung out just today in beautiful bloom?

Why is there a special smile in every creature's face?
Why are the deer so playful and engage in a happy race?
Why are the rabbits jumping extra high with joy
and so do the squirrels, what do they seem to enjoy?

Well let us give everyone the answer to this
Someone is having a birthday and we know who it is
Nature is showing itself in beautiful splendour today
because it's YOUR birthday, yes today is your own day!
